Our manuscript analyzes a monopolistic automobile manufacturer trying produce vehicles along with traditional vehicles. A utility-based dynamic production design been studied under price-dependent subsidy (PDS) model the effects government on manufacturing Battery-operated (BOV) and Diesel (DV). We have compared PDS mechanism two sustainable green strategies namely, BOV socially responsible (BSR) strategy DV energy reduction (DER) bring out best possible channel dynamics that can optimize gross profit margins. speculated an increase in threshold price positive impacts BSR DER strategies. However we found numerically analytically that, even subsidized BOV's, DV's are still much demand. study compels three different cost cases optimal variant established. note holds good some circumstances while rules other. findings illustrated graphically by using real-life scenarios validate our models.
